OptiLane may arrange or coordinate transportation through independent carriers, transport operators, fleet partners and other service providers. The website does not represent that OptiLane owns or directly operates every vehicle used for a requirement. Responsibilities are determined by the applicable commercial and transportation documents and mandatory law.
7. Information supplied by customers
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete cargo, weight, dimensions, quantity, route, vehicle, loading, unloading, delivery and special-handling information, and for promptly notifying us of material changes. We may decline or reassess a requirement where information is inaccurate, incomplete or materially different from the actual shipment.
8. Cargo and regulatory requirements
